Refund Policy

At GameGuard™, every display box is made to order with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Most GameGuard™ products are made to order, often with custom dimensions, engravings, or optional add-ons.

  • Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for custom or made-to-order items once production has begun.

  • Please carefully review all measurements, engraving text, and selected options before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, this may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

  3. Do not attempt repairs before contacting us, as this may affect eligibility

Transit Damage

All orders are carefully packed. If your item is damaged during shipping:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Customer Measurement Errors

We understand that measuring collectibles can be tricky.

If an item has been produced using customer-supplied measurements and those measurements are later found to be incorrect, we’re happy to help by offering a remake at 50% of the original box price.

  • Applies to sizing errors only

  • The original item does not need to be returned

  • Shipping costs apply to the replacement item

  • Engravings and add-ons will be replicated unless otherwise requested

This is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Orders Made by Us

If we make an error (such as incorrect sizing, engraving, or configuration):

  • We will correct the issue at no cost to you

  • This may include a replacement or remake

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to hand-crafted acrylic products

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorised modification

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
