These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from GameGuard™, a product line of Acrylic Alchemy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Our Products

GameGuard™ products are hand-crafted, made-to-order acrylic display and protection boxes designed for collectible items. Due to the bespoke nature of our work:

  • Minor variations may occur between products

  • Measurements, finishes, and engraving outcomes may vary slightly

  • All dimensions provided by customers are relied upon as correct

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to production

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full

  • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled unless required by Australian Consumer Law

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most GameGuard™ products are custom-made based on customer-supplied measurements or configuration choices.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for confirming measurements are correct

  • Custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds

  • Engraved or customised items cannot be altered once production begins

If a sizing error is made by the customer, we are happy to remake the item at 50% of the original price.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

5. Production Time

Standard production time is up to 10 business days, excluding shipping time.
Production times may vary during peak periods or for complex custom orders.

We will notify you if delays occur.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are dependent on the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item has been dispatched.

7. Returns, Refunds & Repairs

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product is not as described

  • The product has a major failure

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer

  • Normal wear, cosmetic marks, or handling damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or environmental exposure

If an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

8. Care & Use

Acrylic is a durable but specialist material and must be cared for correctly.

  • Use only soft microfiber cloths for cleaning

  • Do not use alcohol, ammonia, acetone, or glass cleaners

  • Improper care may result in scratching, clouding, or cracking

Damage caused by incorrect care is not covered under warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, designs, product names, and branding—is the intellectual property of Acrylic Alchemy and GameGuard™.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, or the value of the product supplied

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse occurs.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once published on our website.
